Your perfect vacation awaits! You will enjoy 763 sq feet of living space in this beautifully decorated condo. The master bedroom features a new, Serta king mattress and TV, as well as ample space for you to unpack and truly settle in. Located in the hallway are twin-over-twin built in bunk beds - a perfect spot for kids and teens. There is a full size sofa sleeper in the living room with a memory foam mattress as well, allowing for a total of 6 guests. The full bathroom comes with plenty of linens and has a tub/shower combo.
The living/dining area is bright and open, with views of the beautiful turquoise water visible throughout the space. The dining room table seats 4, with 2 additional stools at the counter-height bar area in the kitchen. Enjoy a late-night movie on the flat screen TV or gather around the dining room table for games with the family. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals in-house. Both a Kuerig and drip-style coffee maker are provided so you can enjoy the perfect cup of coffee each morning. The unit also has a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Spend the day at the outdoor pool soaking up the sun or take a walk along the beach with friends and family, with private boardwalk to access the beach. An outdoor shower station is provided to rinse off the sand on your way back in. You will have access to a private, locked storage unit on the ground floor where you can safely store your beach gear and fishing equipment for the duration of your stay. Please note that the pool is heated from Oct. 1st through Nov. 30th and March 1st through April 20th. There is also a fitness room located on the property if you are in need of an indoor workout before hitting the beach. Feel free to use the onsite BBQ grills and outdoor dining tables provided in the common areas.
No matter what adventures you have planned during your stay, you can start and end your days on the private balcony that includes two adirondack chairs, as well as a table for four. At Emerald Skye 22, you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets with the perfect view of the gulf!

Emerald Skye 22 is ideally located for the perfect vacation. Less than 5 minutes driving distance from three grocery stores and many more restaurants. Don't feel like driving to dinner? Walk down the beach (approximately 10 min walk) to the hottest new beachfront restaurant/bar, CoastAL! Orange Beach and nearby communities have lots of options for delicious food, family fun, shopping, and outdoor adventuring. Gulf State Park is only minutes away by car or bike. Whatever your style of fun, Emerald Skye 22 is the perfect place to start and end your day!
AGE RESTRICTION: Renters must be 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in the unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old and guests who do not abide by this policy will be asked to leave immediately.
PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions. This is an HOA policy and is strictly monitored and enforced. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. The parking pass will be located inside the property on the kitchen counter. Upon arrival, please completely fill out (no blank spaces) the pass and display on your rearview mirror or driver's side front dash in plain view for the duration of your stay. Renter is responsible for following these instructions and is responsible for any incurred towing charges if not followed. NOTICE: U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, or any oversized vehicles are not allowed on the property.
MINIMUM STAYS IN PEAK SEASON: Minimum 5-night stay strongly preferred for months of June/July/August. If you book for less than 5 nights, you may be contacted to cancel your reservation or rebook for a 5-night stay.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: The property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products, cleaning products, and toiletries. The property will NOT have the quantity of cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. The Starter Set includes one roll of paper towels, one small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet for dishwasher, one packet of laundry detergent, one can liner per trash can, one roll of toilet paper, one travel size bar of soap, one travel size shampoo/conditioner. Please bring extras of these items so you will have what you need for your stay.
Linens provided are for use in the condo only and should not be removed from the condo for use at the pool or beach. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FOR USE AT THE POOL/BEACH.

CHECK IN: After 4pm on the day your reservation begins. Early check in is not possible.

TAXES COLLECTED AT BOOKING: Guests who book Airbnb listings that are located in the State of Alabama will pay the following taxes as part of their reservation:
• Alabama State Lodging Tax: 4% of the listing price including any cleaning fee for reservations 179 nights and shorter.
• County (Baldwin) Lodging and Rental Tax collected by the State: 2% of the listing price including any cleaning fee for reservations 179 nights and shorter.
• Municipality (City of Orange Beach, AL) Local Lodging Tax: 7% of the listing price including any cleaning fees, for reservations 179 nights and shorter.
